In order to setup account mapping between your gateway and Neon go to Accounts -> Edit -> Authentication Rule
Below screen will pop up: Here you can set mapping for your customer and Vendor.
Notes:
If customer and Vendor both have same IP then you just need to enter that against either Customer or Vendor.
